I had a great experience at this dealership. Sean, the main guy there, is an absolute gentleman - the way he speaks and carries himself. Let me tell you, walking into this place feels like stepping into Sean’s kingdom, and he runs it like a proper gentleman. The man walks around like a retired general who’s seen it all. He’s straightforward, respectful, and genuinely knows his stuff. The collection they have is excellent. I got my Royal Enfield Classic 350 from here, and Sean personally helped me with the paperwork. I also had it serviced at their shop, and it was done promptly and professionally. It’s a place where you can trust the people. They’ll give you honest advice about what’s right for you, even if it’s your first motorcycle. Really grateful to have come across this place and to be part of the group. Highly recommended.

Five Stars Sean is passionate and dedicated towards his craft. The first time I walked into his shop I was met with a well organized and professional environment. I am a first time customer and had pretty severe electrical issues with my bike but Sean being the professional he is, was not only able to bring the bike back to life but also have it running the best it ever has. Everything is in order from the receipts to the custom keychain pin gifted to you after your visit. From what I understand this is a family run establishment and I am very satisfied with my visit. I am confident that Brooklyn Mayd Powersports will be my mechanic for many enjoyable years to come. Bought my first street bike from here. Sean and his wife (especially Dena) were super helpful in answering questions and taking care of my financing and giving me a good price. Sean even fixed a manufacturer issue with my throttle cable at no cost before he let me have the bike just for safety. Can’t beat how much they work with you and how much they care about the customer. Cool atmosphere as well and not the high pressure "buy now" like some dealers.
