I recently moved into this area and I needed to relocate my things to a closer storage. I saw CubeSmart and wanted to check them out. My other storage was over changing and it was to far of a travel to access my things. CubeSmart has better pricing and offers that fit me needs. The people working there were helpful, informative and answered all questions I had. They even help rescheduled my reservation, so I didn't lose the unit I chose. Highly recommend.
I’ve paid for a service at this CubeSmart location and been treated with disrespect, delay, and what felt like targeted discrimination. I called ahead and confirmed I would arrive at 6:00 PM. When I arrived on time, I was denied entry with no sensible explanation — while another customer was allowed in after hours. The difference in how I was treated was obvious and hurtful. The staff escalated the situation by calling the police on me instead of simply resolving the access issue. The police did not arrive, and after a long, humiliating wait I was finally allowed in only once a manager was involved. I spent hours waiting and had to travel from Long Island because I was told in-person was required, even though payments and access could have been handled online. Now they are threatening to charge me extra days for time I could not access my own unit — fees caused by their mismanagement. To make matters worse, another customer threatened me in front of staff while employees did nothing to intervene. I left feeling unsafe, singled out, and deeply disrespected. This is the third time I’ve had to make an unnecessary trip because of this location’s incompetence. I felt discriminated against and intimidated by how I was treated. No one should be made to wait for hours, threatened, or made to feel unsafe while trying to access their paid service. I’m posting this so others can make an informed choice. Corporate needs to investigate this location’s policies, staff training, and the behavior that turned a simple access issue into harassment and discrimination.
Brian helped me so much I almost bought another unit for all my things. He was so helpful and kind that my family said they would bring their stuff here. Definitely will recommend. Connie I love youuu.
Connie and Bryan were very quick and helpful with my payment today. Im in LOVE with my 10x15 cube. The handy man Phil is very nice and helped me find my way to the office. Thank you everyone and have a prosperous and blessed day!
I’ve been here for 5 years and the times I’ve been here it has been very pleasant. Konnie and Brian work with me when I have my inconveniences at time and the customer service from the team here including the maintenance Philip is out of this world! 10/10 recommend!! Clean and welcoming.

This storage facility is HORRIBLE!!! The staff represents the exact opposite of courteous customer service! The tone is always very matter of fact, if they even give eye contact. Your rate is going to increase multiple times a year for no reason even if the facility access decreases!!!!!!!. They make their own hours, close off exits, use the parking lot for their cars and are no help when you have issues!! My unit was leaking from RAIN, and when I spoke to the manager she gave me mattress bags to cover my items and told me to call customer service, about water currently leaking on my stuff???? CALL SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT! The damn phone call won’t control the water! And what facility doesn’t have a garbage area for customers but has a dumping charge in place for customers if you leave garbage here! I pay a total of $700 for (2) units! I’ve seen water bugs and cockroaches in here! I hate this facility and am getting my stuff outta here! Never will I support a business that treats paying customers this way!!!! Yall need to address this issue!!!! (Notice the gate is closed and the time is 241pm.) This facility closed at "6", but if you’re not here by 530, you ain’t getting in!!! THEY SUCK HERE!! The maintenance guy is cool but has the whole loading area smelling like cigarettes, the Spanish woman with the prosthetic leg is the nastiest of them all! Her attitude and entire disposition sucks! If she hates her job, she should work somewhere else. The ONLY good person there is the African American gentleman with glasses. It’s been a while since I’ve seen him so I hope he got the hell outta here!!
