CubeSmart Self Storage of Brooklyn

I just rented a new unit at this CubeSmart location and the whole experience was super smooth. The place is really clean and easy to get to, which I appreciated right away. The staff were awesome—friendly, helpful, and made everything really simple. They answered all my questions and walked me through everything without any hassle. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and clean storage spot.

Because of some personal urgency, I went as a walk-in customer to this CubeSmart on a Sunday, even knowing they were busy with an annual art event on the third floor of their building. Not only was this not a problem, but Nashia, one of the managers, repeatedly told me not to rush with my questions and showed me a space on the top floor before making a reservation for me with a flexible move-in date. I was really happy with the per sq ft rate and the location of the space on a high floor. But ultimately the customer service level is what makes or breaks a place and based on this interaction and other reviews I’ve read, I’m feeling confident about any future concerns being handled the right way.

I can’t say enough great things about Asia who works at this CubeSmart location. She has helped me multiple times now, and every single experience has been above and beyond what you’d expect. Whether I was moving things in, figuring out logistics, or just had questions, she’s always been patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. Her positive attitude and reliability have made a huge difference for me, and I’m really grateful for all the support she’s given.

Had an amazing experience booking with the manager Asia. Everyone at the front desk and the security guard also very helpful and courteous. Got a great deal for the rental of the space and Asia always reached out and tied to make the experience as seem less as possible. Highly recommend this location.
