CubeSmart Self Storage of Brooklyn

I recently rented a storage unit at CubeSmart and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access—exactly what I needed. But what really made the difference was the customer service. Nicole was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right unit for my needs. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the whole process stress-free. Nicole was amazing. She did so much to ensure that my process was smooth. She even helped me make sure that I was able to get into the elevator to go up and down. She walked me through the entire process. She was extremely nice and helped me understand better how I could use the storage facility in the future. The customer service there is helpful. Nicole even called me to help me out and make sure I had everything ready for when I was moving my stuff in. I would recommend this CubeSmart location because of the excellent customer service.

This is my second time using this particular location, and I must say this time the experience was 10 times more greater than the last time. The staff and service was beyond exceptional. One particular staff member named Nicole displayed admirable hospitality, and the assistance of her co-worker was not surprising because when one works around excellent quality workers, it is usually shown in the colleagues. But I was so impressed and pleased with the assistance I got from Nicole any ideas of looking further for a storage went out the window. I’m looking forward to my time there and will encourage others to use that facility. Thank you Nicole and those responsible at CubeSmart for hiring her.

Amazing location and staff. Both Nicole and Simon are amazing supporter and truly take an amazing care of you and the location. we couldn't ask for more!
