Delta Self Storage - Brooklyn

I've used Delta Storage twice now, and I'm very satisfied. The storage units are clean and approximately accurately sized (always measure!), with good headroom (enough to put my couch on its side, saving a lot of space). I didn't have poles/columns in either of the units, either. I once kept an apartment's worth of stuff here for about a year, and it was all in great condition when I picked it up. It's easy to move things in and out with the loading dock. The price goes up after a few months, which seems to be true everywhere.

Highly recommend this place! The staff was super professional, kind, and caring. They helped me every step of the way and were super clear and thorough. After going through major life transition & move, i was in an extremely stressful state and they were so incredibly kind in helping me out after i had arrived late. I’m so grateful for their kindness and recommend anyone support them! Great amenities, helpful staff, and super kind people.

I had an excellent experience with getting my storage unit. The woman at the desk was the most knowledgeable and pleasant person I’ve ever met, she is definitely the best at customer service.

This place is different there’s refreshments and a very helpful manager. I was welcomed and was sign up process was pretty fast because I already knew what I wanted. It’s pristine and in a good location bc the trains are near. Overall a positive experience. Along with the pricing. Half off for two months, which is very helpful. I definitely would recommend…it is a happy space.

Our customer service attendant was very polite and attentive along with informative with our moving process of items. We were able to book and have a storage provided to us within 15 mins. The front office is also very clean and thank you to the front desk associate (Evelyn) !!!

Evelyn was amazing ! She was very friendly. Speaking to her was easy and I didn’t have to do much looking for other storage unit places. Building is clean and easy access to your units compared to other places . Great hospitality the minute you walk in, 5 stars !

Super friendly staff , love the building super client and organize , very informative about everything you need to know before your moving date! Absolutely satisfied.
