Extra Space Storage

My experience here was excellent. The assistant manager, Shavon Grantham, is amazing. She gave me a full-access tour and explained everything from my unit to the Extra Storage App. And it was nice and clean.

Shavon Is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about the units, and sat with us and walked us through every step of the renting process. Sometimes doing things like this can be stressful but Shavon made this process so much easier. Her energy is so warm and inviting and it was a pleasure working with her. The unit and grounds itself was very clean and well maintained and I’m looking forward to working with this storage facility

Avoid This Place – Rat Infestation and Terrible Service I recently moved out of this storage facility due to a serious rat infestation. I had two units, and both were covered in rat droppings. Despite repeated efforts to escalate the issue, it was impossible to speak with anyone above the on-site manager. The customer service was awful, and many of the staff were rude and unprofessional. They offered no real solution except telling me to pay for premium insurance so I could be reimbursed—but did nothing to address the rat problem itself. Thankfully, I moved to another storage facility on the same street, which is clean, well-maintained, and has much better service and lower prices. They even have multiple janitors keeping the place in top shape. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. Check out the other nearby storage options—they’re cleaner, safer, and more respectful of customers.

What a seamless process! We got everything sorted out through the phone in a 15 mins call and when we got there everything was straightforward. Dwayne's service was amazing, very nice and friendly.
