I had a really great experience at Foster Ave. The whole staff was very kind. Stacey did a wonderful job moving me in! Conley and Shaquan were helpful bringing me to my unit. High recommend!

Did a online reservation last week , and I was not sure about getting the storage unit I had an employee Named Ashley who answered all my questions over the phone , I told her I want to see the unit before I did anything , when I came in the store she helped me get into a good unit that I will be using for my business, she is very good with customer service, and was very pleasant and sold me just on the customer service skill she has , she even went over the rental agreement with me and answers all my questions.. I don’t know if Ashley will see this but GOOD job you made the process , quick and easy and asked all my question

did a reservation online but i wanted to see the units and how big they where , i was greeted by ashley Morales who was amazing she guided me into the perfect size unit within my budget she answers all my questions and showed me many different units just in case i need more space later down the line … she was very welcoming and made the process smooth and easy .. will recommend family and friend to extra space and i highly recommend they go see Ashley she was very patient, professional, and compassionate about her job !
