Public Storage

I got a unit here as part of the Halloween special this last weekend. This place is well maintained and the units are clean. Thank you to Christina, Nate and Viola for your help! I would say Nate went above and beyond to help me find the right unit for me, which I really appreciate.

Had a beautiful welcome by Nate. Toured us to our storage. Viola and Christina were very cheerful and helpful. They greeted us with a smile and their pleasant charisma. I would recommend.

I urgently needed a space to store my stuff. Christina, Viola and Nate has quickly helped me identify the size I need and showed me the space. With their help, I was able to secure the spot within 5 mins. The whole process was stress free and they are all very friendly! Highly recommended!

This was my first experience with Public Storage and my mom has stored with them for years. I had the most helpful team today with Christina, specifically helping me make the best choice for my needs. Her coworkers Viola and the young gentlemen put our minds at ease considering the stressful nature of moving and Christina went above and beyond with her educating, making a human connection, whilst maintaining a professional attitude. Smiley, Abenji, Mary, and Ashley were awesome, positive, and thorough. The app is cool. No need to press buttons other people press. A lock comes with the unit. Parking is available though have to wait sometimes, but, it's NYC. 5 stars.

Ashley is one of the most capable people I’ve met recently. She’s clearly respected among the staff and was always so helpful and understanding with me. Not everyone is moving into storage for the same reasons, she really attuned to the fact that I was not excited to be there and went out of her way to make it a great experience in spite of some unexpected life events. I have Public Storage brand loyalty because of this location! Nate is also the HUGEST sweetie pie, kind, and great to work with.

Viola was very helpful and kind.. She rebooked me a different unit because I had accidently rented wrong size. Very understanding and worked me through it! Goo s people!
