Shanese was absolutely amazing. She was so patient, knowledgeable and a problem solver. I kept messing up every detail and she kept calm and figured it all out. Very thankful for her during this experience.

Jazmin did me the hugely favor by keeping my rent affordable so I can stay! Shenese has been great since day one. Building always clean and service always great.

After 13 years, I have had enough. It was nice and convenient for a while but a few years ago, it started with an elevator being out. That grew to be a consistent problem but the worse part was the manager trying to gaslight me about it. Then the climate control on my floor disappeared, melting some of my vinyl. Then the price increases began. I was tolerating this company's up until they quadrupled my price in a few years. Once the mice infestation took hold, I couldn't take any more. After emptying my unit, I never saw so much mice droppings in my life. And I came out of Detroit Public Schools. This place is not worth the money because it honestly ends up being an overpriced headache!!

Jazmine, the property manager at this site, is outstanding! so professional and precise while also being warm and kind. I observed her interactions with other customers as well as with us and that manner was consistent with everyone. she is amazing!

Milagros was at Public Storage was an absolute rockstar! She went above and beyond to help me during a really difficult time. She was not only super helpful and patient, but also full of laughter! she had me laughing when I needed it most!). Her energy truly brightened my cloudy day, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and support she showed me. Thank you for making a tough day a little lighter.

I really appreciate Jazmine's help. Me and my husband made a reservation and Jazmine took her time to explain and show us the difference between what we reserved and what we actually wanted. She answered all of our questions and most importantly...she was very patient to make sure we were making the right choice. She made the entire process as smooth as it could be and nothing at all felt rushed. We left happy she was able to help us.
