I had an excellent experience at Public Storage! The facility was spotless, well-organized, and felt very secure from the moment I arrived. Chanel was very friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I understood everything clearly. The whole process from getting my unit to moving in was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable, safe, and convenient storage option!!!

She was very helpful and kind to us, helping and guiding us through this big storage area. The storage is very well kept, clean and has a safe feeling. First off yesterday, I was warmly welcomed by Chanel. I’ve never seen one person able to multitask in such a busy work environment and remaining so mellow. When I inquired about a storage for some furniture she was so happy to help showing me three spaces. She got me set up on the app for a smoother process with the rental. Very intelligent, and informational young lady.

My experience at public storage was successful manager took care of everything. Excellent pricing was perfect. Space was clean was exactly what I want. There is something there for everyone they will make it work for you.

I got help from an associate named Chanel. She was very helpful and understanding, I wasn’t able to get a Storage unit of my desire, but they helped me get a Storage unit that will help me fit all my things. And I am truly satisfied thank you.

I highly recommend this Public Storage location for all your storage needs. For our family, storage is an absolute necessity since we are dealing with my husband's disability and needed to move back home. Hanakay is our main contact there and she always goes above and beyond to help us navigate the often difficult terrain of needing to store our life away until better times. She is professional, skilled, knowledgeable but most importantly compassionate. Often accessibility and accommodation is still difficult for those living with disabilities but here at this location it is top tier.

Thomas is truly a gem. He went above and beyond to help me find the best storage unit for my needs. I'm downsizing for a few months and had to arrange everything at the very last minute—but thanks to Thomas, what could have been a stressful situation was made incredibly easy. I'm genuinely grateful for his support and professionalism.
