I had a fantastic experience with Samuel at Stop & Stor! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain all my storage options clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, but Samuel went above and beyond. His positive attitude and attention to detail really made a difference.

Samuel was very helpful and informative in assisting me with picking a unit that will hold all of my belongings. I highly recommend stop and stor self storage. I spoke with Tricia on the phone before I came to sign up. She was very nice and professional. She explained everything to me in terms of pricing and moving in. The two guys I met were nice and helpful. It was nice to meet them all in person.

Samuel assisted me in looking at the unit that was reserved for me. However, it wasn't 100% to my liking. Because of his understanding and excellent customer service I give him five stars. I will be back when another unit that size becomes available.

I had a such an amazing experience with Samuel .. professional, customer service top tier, and extremely informative giving me information I didn’t even think to ask. Some people come just to get a check but I can see he cares about his customers and well being. Samuel was amazing . There was a little wait due to him being by himself but he was very apologetic and got to me as soon as he was able too . He was very transparent on all the things I would have to pay for upfront . Broke everything done Gave me a tour and ran me through everything. Service 10/10 thank you Samuel for all your help
