Storage Plus - Greenpoint

I cannot recommend Storage Plus in Greenpoint, New York enough – it truly deserves 5 stars and more! From the very first moment I walked in, I was impressed with how spacious, modern, clean, and secure everything is. The facility is extremely well-maintained and organized, and it immediately gives you peace of mind that your belongings will be safe here. The storage units are wide and very spacious, making it so much easier to store everything without feeling cramped. Accessing the units is simple and stress-free thanks to their technologically advanced and user-friendly system, which adds a huge layer of convenience and security. Everything is clearly designed with the customer in mind, making the process smooth and efficient. The staff members are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They go above and beyond to answer questions, provide assistance, and make sure every customer feels comfortable and satisfied. Their customer service really sets them apart from other storage companies in the city. Another big plus is the location – Greenpoint is very accessible, and the facility is easy to reach from different parts of New York City. The pricing is very fair and affordable, especially considering the level of service, security, and convenience offered here. Overall, Storage Plus in Greenpoint offers everything you could ever want in a storage facility: safety, cleanliness, modern technology, helpful staff, reasonable pricing, and a convenient location. For me, it is hands down the best storage option in New York City. If you are looking for a place to store your belongings with total peace of mind, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I've been a loyal customer for multiple decades, but especially so since Covid and closing my business 2.5 years ago. Everyone who works there is fantastic. The managers, Daniel and Monica are fantastic. The maintenance Staff, Guru and Wilson, are wonderful. The owner, Avi, takes very good care of his team and they, in turn, will take great care of you. Yes, it's clean and safe. That's the bare minimum for storage. Now, imagine a Storage Unit operated as a Hospitality Business, and you're closer to the experience of Storage Plus. As a full time traveler for the past few years, I have ACTUALLY trusted them with my life with no regrets. Furthermore, I genuinely feel like I'm coming home when I make my first stop from the airport to Storage Plus.

They are lifesavers!!! I called a Storage Plus representative after my U-Haul reservation was canceled by the man at Sonomax Gas Station when I went to pick up my van rental on the day of my apartment move-out... He had confirmed the van was available on the phone, but when I arrived 5 minutes later he refused to give me the keys to the van outside. Thankfully, when I called the helpful lady at Storage Plus, she said she would be able to help me get a same-day reservation for a truck to assist with my move! She literally saved my life, since I wasn't able to speak to a U-Haul representative for over 45 minutes on the phone. I'm so happy for the people at Storage Plus, they truly fixed a horrible situation!

I’ve been renting a unit here for the past 5 years. By far the best storage facility I’ve been using since 2007. Lovely staff & very very clean! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

This was my first time using a self-storage unit / going through the process, so I was in need of guidance. Daniel was extremely helpful, patient and informative when I moved. I was unsure of what size unit I would need prior to move in and he helped me navigate best pricing and locker size options available. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me, rather help me find the most effective solution for my temporary storage. Momo was very helpful on my move out made it very easy to wrap things up. Very clean facilities as well. I highly recommend going with Storage Plus if you're in the north Brooklyn area!
