Daniel was incredibly helpful from start to finish, walking me through the available options and helping me find the perfect unit for my needs. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the facility was, and the customer service truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and satisfied with my choice. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable storage !

I had the most wonderful experience with Kristian and Tristian today while checking into my storage unit. They were informed, helpful, and charismatic. The company is very lucky to have this duo working the front of house.

Clean, accessible, friendly staff. Christian in particular was so kind when I called in a panic to resolve a late payment (we thought auto-pay was engaged) to make sure we could get in the next day after our 4-hour drive. Double check the end date of your rental…for us it was the day before the last day of the month.

Highly recommend this place and Patrick, Nicole, and Helena were all super helpful and nice! Top notch customer service. I toured a handful of storage places before picking this one and must say it was the cleanest, safest, brightest of them all!

I was going to rent a unit here but I decided to go to a different company. They are refusing to release the admin fee I paid and the customer service center is filled with rude middle aged incompetent angry people. I called the same day to cancel and it’s been two weeks with no refund calls or emails returned.

When I was interested in a space, the woman who helped me took me on a tour of spaces to be sure to find one that would work well. When I moved in, I happened to start on a weekday so the loading dock was always available. The staff in the office is super helpful with getting me started and answering questions

The move was amazing. After coming from Buffalo and having to move my things out here by myself after that long ride there and back I was exhausted. However, Jeff didn’t allow me to lift a finger. He filled up 3 trollies and made one trip down to my unit, with all of my belongings. He then played Tetris with my items to get them in the unit. Haha. I was so impressed with Jeff and how much space I still had left over after he was done. The overall services was the best service I’ve ever experienced with a storage company. 5 out of 5.
