The merchant failed to deliver my package, and when I requested compensation, they refused. They also declined to refund the shipping cost. As a result, I had no choice but to file a chargeback through my credit card issuer. In retaliation, the merchant attempted to intimidate me, their own customer, by demanding that I withdraw the chargeback. Alarmingly, they went so far as to threaten to report me to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Department of Homeland Security—an action that is completely baseless, abusive, and clearly intended to intimidate and silence a legitimate consumer complaint.

I’ve attempted to use America Ship for International content creation projects with brands, but I currently have two unresolved issues with no response from support. One of my packages (ID: 352584) is in Texas, but I’m unable to access it for domestic shipment to NY due to a platform bug. Their system only shows my Mexico inventory. Another package I paid to ship from their Texas warehouse to my apartment in Tulum, MX via FedEx -- it was randomly returned to their Reynosa, MX warehouse — and now the only way to move it is to pay AGAIN and request shipment to Tulum. Makes no sense... I’ve emailed multiple times over the last few weeks with no reply. Their help ticket system is also disabled, leaving customers without any support. Very disappointed with this service, I had higher hopes. On top of the 2 above issues, the shipping timeline is far slower than advertised. They make it sound like a quick service (less than a week) but so far, it's taken a minimum of 2+ weeks, and in some cases, indefinitely. Very upset, as its costed me clients, because I can't guarantee I'll receive their products.

Missing items. No response from customer service after 3 emails and 3 calls left on Ansa phone. Really stressful. No assistance at all. Another issue with no response via email or phone. This is now Sept2025 I have had issues processing my shipment request for the 4 items held at Ship2Mex I have been trying to get customer support since the end of July. I’m being charged 5.00 per month for my items but I’ve been trying to get assistance for 6 weeks. If I could phone the local police I would as I need to know if the business is still in business. It doesn’t seem to be. This is really bad

It's been almost ten years since I've used AS for the first time. And all the packages arrived to their destination, even with RedPack, albeit not when suggested. But it arrived, eventually. I get treats for my pets, clothes and shoes, vitamins and snacks for myself, my bank and PayPal cards go through them, and over the years, they are true and blue. Couldn't have a better company in charge of such logistics. Just arrange the shipment several weeks in advance of any holiday. 🙂

my packages are delivered very quickly but there are certain problems with the system interface. For example, although I am a platinum member, I can be charged additional fees. When I have such a problem, I can send an e-mail to the support team and get my balance back, but this problem happens most of the time.

Used to be good. I use their service on a regular basis since 2018. They were doing quite well until now. May 2025 update. Looks like they are experimenting with new carriers; one of them is iMile. Two packages were shipped to me simultaneously: One of them came in last Monday; the second one just rolled in (Wednesday). The package had been with the courier since Monday... Package was handed to me all beat up with the contents damaged from mishandling and from heat (90º F+ at the time of delivery... on a motorcycle under heavy sunlight. Mr Lee: You charge a premium for this service. Don't use bottom of the barrel carriers like iMile. Long time customers deserve better. I'm thinking of taking my business elsewhere.
