Today I had an issue with my battery terminals connectors coming loose. I literally had 1 of the cables that connects the terminal to the battery come loose. I was worried that I would have issues driving my vehicle like this. Then I stopped by Auto Zone and explained to the store manager Mr.Cruz Lara what I was dealing with and he fixed it for me for free. He also explained that the rest was becoming loose too. So he fixed the one with the issue and tightened the rest for me. I couldn't have requested better service anywhere.
An exceptional store with outstanding customer service representatives. An extra special thanks to a mr. Cruz. To say I appreciate everything Cruz helped my son with would be an extreme understatement. With my son being less than 24 hours new to the area. Cruz helped my son get the right parts to get his car going again. Thank you just doesn't feel like the appropriate words to use. My car battery died so I took it in for a check since the dealership told me that it was a good battery. It was charged up and told that it needed to be replaced since it would most likely be dead the following day. It was.
