Love's Travel Stop

We had a very good experience at this place. Very nice and clean store inside and restrooms were clean too. All the employees were very friendly and professional. Everything was well stocked on shelves. We were lucky to have a parking spot at around 11:15 pm. But some of CDL drivers have ruined this place by urinating all over the parking lot so it stinks. I request them to please use the restroom don’t ruin beauty of such places.

Horrible my first time being here I stop at around 2 I believe and the ladies room was disgustingly dirty. Long line while I saw what appears to be their manager she was just sitting in an office and laughing. Wouldn’t recommend get better management.

Always have cold drinks here and the restroom is always busy but clean.

They are so good and nice! No stress place. Parking is often full but there’s spots on the street behind the place. It’s the only real option in the area.

Nice place but when it comes to parking forget it. Mexican tankers are using it as a terminal waiting to get loaded at the Port of Brownsville. Mind as well park at love's in Combe,Tx 30 miles north.

Most of the time, something is missing or not working at the coffee bar. To make it worse, the staff doesn’t know how to fix it or offer any solution. It’s disappointing to stop here and deal with the same issues again and again. Management needs to step up.

On February 20, 2025, at approximately 8:30 pm, I stopped by your gas station to use the restroom. Unfortunately, when I went to wipe myself after using the restroom, I discovered that there was no toilet paper available. "As a result, I was forced to leave the restroom without being able to properly clean myself. This was not only uncomfortable but also unsanitary. To make matters worse, I was already running late for work and didn't have time to find an alternative restroom. "I had to return home to shower and clean up before heading to work. I wanted to bring this incident to your attention so that you can take steps to ensure that your restrooms are properly stocked with toilet paper and other essential amenities. "I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take prompt action to address this issue." Here's a possible explanation: "I spoke with the manager at the gas station, and she informed me that she had instructed one of the workers to clean the restroom, but she acknowledged that it was ultimately her responsibility as the manager to ensure that the task was completed. "She explained that she had relied on the worker to restock the toilet paper and clean the restroom, but she should have also double-checked to make sure that the work was done properly. "In essence, the manager took responsibility for the oversight and acknowledged that she should have been more diligent in ensuring that the restroom was properly maintained. I appreciate her willingness to take ownership of the mistake and hope that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future."
