I can always find what I need at Lowe’s. I often use their app to locate things in the store even though it’s laid out the same as every other large Lowe’s. Found some shopping carts on the lumber entrance which is nice if you go in that way. Self checkout was flowing without much of a wait. Store and parking lot are clean.

I was amazed at the diligence Amy at returns exemplified today. I bought some Japanese Boxwood shrubs back in March, and they didn’t do well, so I took them back with a bank statement where the sale had posted and not a receipt. Well, that didn’t do, but not to worry because this young lady tried umpteen ways to find my purchase; when one way didn’t work, she tried another and another. Wow! Who does that. I wish everyone everywhere else was as hardworking and caring as this young was. Thank you Lowe’s for having such great people in your mom and employment. Thanks again, One hell or a satisfied customer.

Deceptive policy needs to change. Be like Harlingen atleast. So I bought a stain on 07/13/2025 and tried to return it on 07/24/2025 at Lowes #2699 in Brownsville Tx. and the stain did not match what was advertised in the showroom. So going by the policy provided I went ahead and tried to return the stain which was purchased. *Paint Color Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your interior and exterior liquid paint, stain, or resurfacers purchase, simply bring it in its original container to any US Lowe’s store along with your receipt within 30 days of purchase. We will replace it with a can of comparable paint based on our return policy (Lowes.com/returns). Does not apply to application errors/improperly prepared surfaces, paint color samples, non-stock products, or purchased mis-tint items. Lowe’s reserves the right in its discretion to limit this pledge in the event of suspected fraud or abuse. US only. I was told that since it was mixed I couldn't return it. At that point after speaking with the manager on duty I informed him not once I was told I couldn't return it or was it advertised anywhere in the can. I ask to get a corporate number. In the end it's just a call center so it won't go higher even though I ask for a manager more than 20 times. Since when has LOWES become so money hungry that they rather screw the customers with deceptive policies. I ended up going to the Lowes in the next city Harlingen , Tx and they informed me that in their store they tell the customer that it cannot be returned and put a sticker on it. Will provide a picture. If that was the case I would have understood. SO please make it a Nationwide lowes policy and stop your deceptive policy. Truly A, Deceive Veteran

My favorite place for buying my plants! Always greeted with a smile! And my husband went inside to look for a home improvement item and was also greeted by a most helpful gentleman/clerk, and was very attentive and courteous. Highly recommend if you looking to escape to plant land and more!

8-3-25 We had ordered a dishwasher online at another store on Sunday night. At 6am we got a notification the item was out of stock, so began looking for another elsewhere. We found a comparable model here, so ordered it online around 7am. At 8:20 we got the conformation the order was placed. Since the store was over an hour away, we left around 10:30 and planned to have lunch while in Brownsville. When we arrived, we still did not receive a conformation that the order had been pulled. We went in, asked about the order and it was looked up, and she said she would call for it. Almost 10 minutes later someone came up and said they didnt have anything except the display model, even though it had shown they had 2 in stock. They sold us the display for a discount, and said they would have it pulled out and brought up. After another 15 minutes, I decided to walk to the back to see what was happening. Once in the area, nothing was happening, but I was asked if I needed help. I said I was waiting for one to be pulled, and the guy from the front showed up, helping someone else, and told the associate he needed to pull the display model for me. He started removing screws and I noticed it was the wrong model. After telling him this and which one it should be, he had to confirm what I said. After it was finally pulled, and the first guy showed up with a hand-truck (dolly) they tipped it back and headed to the front. I walked a different path, found my wife and told her they were on the way. He had stopped and gotten someone to help load it, brought it to our truck, and the "helper" grabbed the appliance and lifted it into the truck alone

I'm in from out of town... Helping my parents do some repairs at their house, went in today, and every one was super helpful and attentive. Found the items I was looking for. It was a good experience. I'll be back... I'm sure I forgot something..lol..

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve always much preferred Lowe’s, but not this location. I went in and order a nice washer/dryer set. Had delivery scheduled. They rescheduled on me the day before delivery, and then changed delivery the next day again. Come delivery day, a THIRD party, NOT Lowe’s, delivered my appliances. My appliances were not in a box. They were wrapped in seran wrap. The worst part, the appliances looked used or like they dropped them off the back of a truck. Several dents and scratches and they had the audacity to offer me 10% off. I refused delivery and then had to call the store. They were trying to push out a new set to be delivered the middle of July, after I had to get rid of my old set so the new set could be put in. Dealing with that, there was never an apology for the issue or delivery of severely damaged products. I did get my refund eventually, but the lack of care was atrocious. Lowe’s in Brownsville has lost my business for good. I would rather spend more money at a competitor and know I will receive good product than to deal with Lowe’s and their 3rd party delivery. Disbelief! And then calling the store took over an hour. I got hung up on and then put on hold and forgotten about. It took calling 4 times to finally get someone on the phone to help!
