They don't speak English or Spanish, ride customer service, my friend left with two different accounts that she didn't ask for, sales people are lame, rude, and definitely unhelpful
Worse customer service ever! They don't help you at all the manager there had an attitude and refused to help us out, they told us we needed a new phone when the only thing wrong was we didn't have the correct plan on our account. The other person there had tattoos and she was so rude as well talked to us with attitude! They need new personal there they should not be doing this to customers. Please do not go to this location worse experience ever
If it was a minus I would have given them a minus 5 I upgraded a phone however I wasn't satisfied with the device so I wanted to return it today(bought it on Monday evening) so upgrades are final sales. Policies like this should be displayed and verbally advised to customer. Poor customer service
Bad service by lady in International branch,went 2 times today to get a number which apperently she couldnt get but on the phone they had said they could give us that información at branch ,desided to go to the one at Boca Chica and Cristina there gave us what we needed
