I had quite an order to get filled and some large products. I asked the associate Sam if there was a Manager around and she introduced me to Mr Eli. I had several questions on certain products the store sells and also the quality and price. I took closed to $800 with office chair, supplies, and carts. I give all stars to Mr Eli and Miss Sam. They reminded me of the rewards that Staples has so that I can use them next time. Thank you ‍⚖️

Well the young girl with glasses doesn't know how to assist me in sending something. Thats bad customer service! I went back to send another way and was greeted by Gladys. She was very attentive.

Copy center had me waiting for 30 minutes to print out my order, they assisted several people after me and didn’t even apologize. Horrible customer service.

Shout out to Cecily who greeted me when I entered the store and took my Amazon returns! She was lovely and helpful! She even said thank you when I exited the store. Give this young lady a raise!!

I found everything I needed at Staples. It's always easy to find all my office supplies there.

Quick stop in the Brownsville store for ink and a new firestick. Staff was extremely helpful and my trip was quick. I have been ordering online most of the time and this was my first visit to a brick and mortar store in a long time. Enjoyed the human interaction.
