Eva was absolutely incredible helping me at T-Mobile. She treated me like more than just a customer—she listened, understood what I needed, and worked hard to make sure I left happy. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and I can honestly say she gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at any phone store. T- mobile all the way!

Wonderful customer service! Jackey was so patient and helpful. She helped me purchase and set up my Sync UP watch. When I had issues with the watch, she helped me file the claim and get my replacement watch set up as well.

Sasha worked with me for over an hour troubleshooting my issues on my new phone! She is a dedicated employee and very good person. Thanks so much for your efforts,sasha! God bless!

Samantha Morin was excellent during our experience! She was kind, knowledgeable, not too push & super amazing at communicating. We were able to go from phone service to in service incredibly fast! We picked up our items & set everything up for us. Have never had such a great experience as this. 10 stars!

I came to T-Mobile to pay bill cause my phone locked up. I was ready to leave them and go to Verizon. Well I talked to assistant Samantha. I told her my problem and she smiled at me and said don’t worry, I’ll get you squared away. This young lady was awesome . She explained everything to me and I was relieved and weight lifted off my shoulder. This young lady was so sweet and kind plus very professional and patient. She was so helpful that I up graded my phone to I 16 plus and also bought an IPAD. I left feeling happy . If anyone needs help at T-Mobile assistance ask for Samantha. You will be very happy with her assisting you.

This tmobile store has horrible wait times. Its ridiculous how each time I come it takes over an hour to get help. There's a few times I had to leave and come back a different day because like normal people I have a busy schedule and things to do and I can't be waiting almost 2 hours for help. The service is good and the people are nice too, but I don't know if it's worth all that wait time for service . I just dont get how it takes almost an hour to help each customer
