I needed a tent for a birthday party because of rain in the forecast. I show up to pick up the tent an hour and a half after the time they said it’d be ready, and they were not prepared. I had opted to self setup to save some money, and was told it would be a 4 person job and was given printout directions. It ended up being a 7 person job. They had given us 3 extra rods which confused us at first. The tent itself was damaged. There were 2 corners that had a missing rope which affected the stability and there were holes in the top and we didn’t notice until the rain started.

This shop went down the hill after new management! I had to wait around a long time just for a grinder blade while the employees either sat around and the one making keys just kept helping other people. Had to walk out to drive all the way to home depot for a blade! Not returning again!

We had considered getting a whole house generator for a while. We searched around and decided to go with ABC Hardware & Rental. I can’t say enough positive thing about this company. From start to finish we were happy each step of the way. I would highly recommend them and I will be a customer for life!

This place is a RIP OFF! THE BAILEY STREET ABC LOCATION.They FALSE ADVERTISE that delivery and setup is include in tent rentals within a 10 mile radius on their website. Everyone, please report to NYS attorney general and FTC. I wasted my time going here and found out that Taylor Rental Depew is $400 cheaper for a 20x40 tent with tables and chairs. Taylor Rental Depew has knowledgable staff and 1000 times better customer service. My friends, family and I will never spend money at ABC hardware again. Please let everyone know that this ABC are crooks. YOUR WEBSITE FOR ONLINE BOOKING STATES IT PLAINLY. INCLUDES 10 MILE RADIUS SETUP. BAILEY AVE LOCATION IN BUFFALO NY. IM NOT TAKING THIS DOWN.

Not only did he take the time to show me how to you the equipment but he also followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. Robert turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a truly positive experience. I highly recommend this location—and especially Robert for anyone looking for service that exceeds expectations!

Loved the class. Wasnt boring at all and enjoyed my time, made 5 hours feel like 30 minutes. Suggest coming to this place for a great time and the teacher made it very enjoyable and understandable what TO do and what NOT to do. For my First and hopefully last five hour, best experience of my life. Good luck for future students and God Bless.
