Great customer service. Went in to purchase windshield wipers. Associate was friendly and offered to put them on my car for me.

I never, and I mean never leave reviews on Google. I visited this location with my girlfriend on April 26th around 7 pm because she needed new wipers. We went in, the man working helped us pick out wipers, then said he couldn’t put them on the car because he was the only person there and his coworker was taking a break. I asked if we could come back after dinner, and he said yes, as the store is open until 9 pm. We went back around 8. Both doors were locked and I saw the guy at the counter just looking down. Called and no answer.

Darius and cam at this location is top tier workers I always go to car store's and try to figure things out these to came to my rescue to put my battery in my car mind you the only battery I know how to put in is in my Xbox or remote control appreciate yall

Came in to purchase a thermometer that was located in the case (found it myself after I asked an associate for it) service sucked plus one associate walked by me expecting me just to move out the way with out acknowledging me or even saying excuse me I won’t come to this location no more the Cheektowaga or the the Commericial on in Amherst has better customer service just left out because the guy at the counter serviced another customer even tho I was inside the building first and I couldn’t buy what I needed so I basically wasted my time gas and money I would’ve purchased online and picked it up but it wouldn’t allow me

All of the locations seemed to get their major parts from this store, so I started coming here. Great decision. Good service.
