We selected Buffalo Environmental based on a Google search and the fantastic reviews. We also got a recommendation from a building company we are considering. Who said they have worked with the company before. Matt lived up to these reviews. He was very responsive and timely. Once I contacted the company is was within a day we had contact and had an appointment for a week later. Matt had his report to me by the next morning and the ok to test samples. It was an easy process and hopefully excellent news from the lab tests.

Matt and team were great to work with start to finish. We had a house project which needed to first be tested for asbestos. We had a positive test which required special handling for removal. Matt provided a detailed quote and even offered to work directly with the contractors. Throughout the process Matt was very quick and responsive in everything. Would highly recommend this company!

Matt helped me over email. I sent him a photo of some mild mold and he was honest about thinking it was just surface mold and let me know how I could clean it. Also provided information on costs for various consultations if I was interested. Very happy with his assistance and honesty.

When they say experts they mean it! Matt helped us to understand the NYS laws specific to asbestos and vermiculite findings,. Matt shared in writing all NYS requirements specific to homeowners and their primary residence. Invaluable information that saved us thousands of dollars. Always speak with an expert but call Matt first!
