Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I rented a camera from them, and they answered all of my questions and gave me a great price. They also always have many staff members on duty per hour, so I didn't need to wait for more than 10 seconds. 🙂

I had an awesome experience at Delaware Camera to drop my disposable camera to get developed. Extremely helpful and not expensive at all. Very happy with my experience and my pictures were emailed to me in a couple of days!

I was here fairly recently looking to buy a "vintage" style film camera. As soon as I walked in everyone there said hi and a sales rep was right there with me asking questions. He was not pushy at all but extremely helpful. They have a huge selection of anything and everything camera related! Customer service was excellent and prices fair. I walked out with an Olympus OM10 that same day!

Called to see if they buy used equipment. They said yes, we offer fair market value. Not quite true…they low balled me and offered less than half of the fair market value. It was an insult..needless to say I walked out. Seller beware. They want a 100% or more profit??? not cool.

Extremely helpful and courteous staff! Has an incredible selection of photographic film, darkroom supplies, and vintage film cameras in stock. Probably the best selection in Upstate NY and offered at a fair price. If you're looking for anything photographic this is the place to go.

Today was the last day I do business here. Every time I walk in I get the sense of 'ugh, another black guy'. Employee's walk around like they don't see me. Energy is real. Other people walk in and they're eager to help and talk to them. I learned that if you feel like you don't belong, DON'T BE LONG! I tried. I'll just order my camera gear. 2 stars because they're the only camera store anywhere in or around the city. Done.
