Dunn Tire

Been using them forever and I've always had a great experience until today. Dropped car off Sunday night to get inspection. My car was only one in the lot for my 8 am inspection appt Monday morning. I get a vm at 8:20 while I'm at work that car is all set. My wife goes to pick up the car and there is a huge scratch on the drivers side door that wasn't there when we dropped it off. She went back in to talk with someone about it. No one would own up to it and was told it must of happen in parking lot which isn't their problem. These scratches aren't from another car this looks more like the bay when they pulled it in or a tool in the shop. I have a call out to the regional manager because the store manager was not there. Waiting for a call back to figure out how they are gonna make this right. To be continued

Did not have an appointment but got 4 tires & additional work done within 4 hours. Excellent service & communication. Free uber home was an added bonus. Great staff, highly recommend.

Customer service was great, however, it seemed like every customer was told they had other issues with their car other than what it was brought in for. I waited over two hours to have four tires replaced and air filters and I had to bring my car back because they didn’t reset my tire pressure reading for my car and they also had various amounts of air in my tires 44 psi, 31 psi and two with 35 psi! That took another 30 minutes. They also suggested I have my fuel injection serviced and I just had it done at my dealer within the last year. I don’t think I will return to Dunn in the future or recommend them to others.

My experience was initially not pleasant at all. I ordered tires from TireRack and had them delivered. I set an appointment for noon thinking I would be able to get the tires installed on my lunch break but the process took two hours for four tires. After the first hour I asked was everything ok and how much longer, I was told twenty more minutes only to be told 15 more after the twenty expired. At check out I expressed my disappointment and it was only then that it was relayed to me that they installed the wrong tires on the wrong rim because my setup is staggered. I ordered the correct tires and they are the same size as the tires that were taken off the car and I indicated they were staggered upon arrival. It was at this point that the representative took $15.00 off my bill. I would rather the job be done correctly and pay the full amount. Now I have to concern myself with if there was anything else done incorrectly. Now that I have made it back to work and inspect the tires, I notice some heavy wax or grease all over the tires and rims. Not happy at all!! Update: I returned and spoke with the Store Manager Dave Stewart and he was extremely professional, he went above and beyond to make things right. We need more Dave Stewart’s in the public sector!! I walked away satisfied and a with a new friend. He definitely has been trained in customer service! Stop in and ask for Dave

Great customer service, including purchase and installation of four new tires within an hour of walking through the door, when I anticipated having to make an appointment later in the week. Comfy chairs in the waiting room/lounge. Fast turnaround, and easy to understand information provided by Andrew during initial interaction and when I had questions combined to make for a wonderful experience (as wonderful as buying new tires can be).

The Delaware Ave location is full of very nice and serviceable employees. They were kind,, quick and reasonably priced. They even advised me about other things I may want to take care of in the future. They were amazing from the phone call to schedule the appointment to the very end. I highly recommend!!!
