This location deserves nothing less than 5 stars . The crew here are the best in the supply industry for the WNY area . As a new tech it's daunting trying to make sure I get exactly what I need when going to a supply house . These guys have always made it easy . They go above and beyond every time I place an order . They are professional and above all incredibly good people . They remember me by name , ask me about my day and just treat me like a human being . I enjoy starting my day with a cup of grainger .

Outstanding customer service! Fast,knowledgeable team at this Grainger. Great supply of in store tools and safety gear. Could be bigger. They're our go to for what we need eg; plumbing, electrical, hvac, maintenance needs. Nice location off Union Road. Plenty of parking. Always well kept.

Ordered a pair of boots through Grainger off the shoe truck that came to my job site which your would think would be simple enough. They didn't have my size on the truck so I was getting them next day delivery. The shoes (Keen Vista) arrived and they were the wrong color. So I drove to the location in Cheektowaga to resolve the issue. The girl who waited on me proceeded to order a replacement pair in the correct color. Well the next day they arrive and now I was sent a completely different model (Keen Sparta) of shoe all together. So back a second time to the Grainger store. Wouldn't you know I am dealing with the same counter girl but this time she claims that Grainger doesn't even offering the shoe I originally ordered in a all black model. So I canceled my order completely and happily bought the correct pair of boots.from an online retailer at a significantly better price.

Excellent customer service. Gentleman at the desk was very helpful and made sure I had what I needed. His ambition and care is what is lacking in today's world. Not sure of his name, on my bill it says employee number XKXP132

Great service. Guys at the desk are very helpful. Graingers website is easy and shows availability and delivery time frame which I like. Time is money. One downside to the pickup locations are their days and times they are open. Overall a great supply company.

Quality customer service and knowledgeable staff. I had ordered two jackets to check sizes and fit. Was called promptly as both had to be shipped from other states. Even though neither fit I would return to Grainger for any future needs.

This company is great... I needed to get some technical information on a project we needed on a vacuum moter... the girls that answerd the phone.. vary helpful... But she switched me to Derick for some needed technical support.. and he WAS GREAT... And vary helpful will ALL my questions.. thanks Derick for all your help.. I would suggest you use this company .
