Blond chick that works their has serious issues with customer service worst experience of my life. always has an attitude very disapoting needed 3 phones she lost my sale with her actions. Spent my money at boost mobile which came with excellent service. Very disappointed in hiring managers at this location
2 bad experiences with this place. I'm not a customer but I pay the bill for someone that is a customer go to pay bill at this location greeted by a closed sign be back in 15 minutes. Waited 25 30 minutes and left. 2nd issue phone was paid but wouldn't take calls took it there they wouldn't look at it. And in both situations I ended going to the walden Ave store which is about 3 miles out of my way and got better service and the phone to accept calls again.
