I went in with several parts from an English backhoe, I had no part numbers just the pieces. I met Dave at the counter, and he was able to find me everything I needed to make it work again. Thanks Dave!
Went to get help for a car part, without knowing very much car knowledge or terminology hoping to get help at this place, I ended up getting the part, but a worker named Brittany was kind of rude with a very snobby and unhelpful attitude, kindness and patience would have been preferred…
Retail customer perspective… customer service is non-existent here. Employees avoid you like the plague, don’t even acknowledge that you came into the store looking to buy a product. Won’t be coming back here again, instead I’ll buy from Amazon at a cheaper price.
Appointment at 9 am. I arrived at 8:34. I started unloading at 10:20 .. only one 1dock available for OTR. And truck keep coming. No respect trucker drive time. They Need more stock management, no space for workers to work then everything falling down hits 3rd parties.
Hadbthe very specific oil I was looking good for. Friendly staff. #rowgears
