Today this is the first time I visit this store at 3079 Bailey Ave. The shopping experience was awesome! The store is in excellent condition.it was clean, neat and professional. When I entered I was greeted with Good morning a smile and How can they help? The manager who I believe name is Ishmael graciously went outside in the pouring rain to obtain the make and model of my car, He top off my car with oil , changed my badly needed window wiper. Each worker was dressed in a clean iron uniformed and worked as a team. That other auto parts store down the street who should remain anonymous should close they are fired. There is no comparison. Thank you O’Reilly Auto Parts store! I am happy we have a good auto parts store in our community that give us the quality of service we deserve. Job well done. I shall gladly return. From : LY . Bailey store. Ishmael was very helpful when I needed to purchase engine coolant for my 2022 Volvo. He also applied full assistance with placing the coolant. Great customer service skills. I appreciate all his help. Will shop there again.

My friends car broke down for whatever reason she thought I was a mechanic, I'm not. We went to O'Reilly's on Bailey and not only did the man identify the problem, no oil. He helped me get the right oil and even offered to put the oil in...Thank God because I had no clue what to do.. All with a smile and being professional. you officially have a new customer

They have the tools we need to rent to work on my car. Makes things much easier and affordable

It was nice to see a new business open up in this building, and the fact that it's an auto parts place in biking distance to my house is even better. The place was busy when I stopped in, and as soon as an employee from the back saw that two of their coworkers were engaged in helping customers, they dropped what they were doing and jumped on a register, ready to help. All the staff seemed nice and helpful, and the store seems to be well-stocked. I'm likely to keep coming back, both for the convenience and the atmosphere.

Horrible! I went into the store to look for a rear wiper blade. Only to be watched the entire time I was in the aisle. The guy had already told me if I needed assistance let him know. But he got so comfortable he leaned on the counter to continue watching me. So of course this made me mad. By then I didn't want to purchase anything out of the store. I went down a couple other aisles on purpose, and made my way to the door. I told the guy that was standing there to let this guy know that wasn't cool what he did and if you feel you have to watch people like that or that your that afraid of someone stealing, maybe they should have thought twice about putting that store in the old Family Dollar Store between Westminister and Bailey Avenue. Mine you this was my first time visiting the store and I needed that wiper blade because it had started to snow pretty heavy. Prior to writing this I did contact Corporate to let them know of my first and last experience with this branch. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and understanding of my concerns.
