My company has been buying equipment from Wegman Motor Works for more than 25 years. Dave and his staff are awesome never cease to amaze. If you’re looking to buy equipment or get service done this is a one stop shop. Highly recommended.

I've been doing business with WMW for more than a decade, and have easily spent over $50k in equipment purchases alone. Every year they do preventative maintenance on all of my equipment to prep them for the season. We have walk behind mowers, standing mowers, about a dozen line trimmers, snow blowers, hedge trimmers, telescopic hedge trimmers, chainsaws, bed edgers, a lawn fan, sidewalk edgers, half a dozen backpack blowers etc.... All from Wegman's. You would be insane to go anywhere else, and I mean that sincerely. These guys are smart, tenacious, honest, and genuinely look out for the best of their customers. I can't tell you how many times they have called me up and explained how a certain repair was not necessary, or on the flip side how they fought to maintain a warranty or get something warrantied if they could. They stand behind their equipment in every sense of the word, and are willing to go the extra mile to get something fixed or done right. Their rentals are great, and they've even dropped what they're doing to do repairs on equipment in the field when it was needed. To cap it off, my men know that if they've got a problem in the field with equipment they can shoot over and if it isn't catastrophic, oftentimes Wegman's will just fix it then in there and get them on their way My business would not be where it is today if not for Dave, Kyle, Skip, Craig, Nick, Mike and the guys. I know them my first name basis, they know me and are always friendly, polite and responsive. There are some days where I call them half a dozen times with questions about all manners of their equipment, and they very easily could tell me to bug off (and never do). I cannot speak highly enough about how much I enjoy working with them, and will continue to do so.

Always excellent customer service. Definitely a great stop to find hard to find pieces to repair garden equipment as well as generators. Wide assortment of snowblowers to clear any amount of snow as well.

As always, they are very professional and knowledgeable. I knew they were busy and backlogged, so didn't go in expecting immediate attention. Made appointment to have my #2 snowblower to be picked up and serviced around X Mad which is fine. When I get it back, will send in my #1 machine to have a minor repair done. I know it will all be done correctly, so I have no worries.

I had a great experience getting my snowblower fixed this year with Wegmans. They were able to diagnose my issue and deliver it back to me very quickly. The people I spoke to were very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!
