I wouldn’t trust this location for oil change no more. They don’t give receipts and I don’t think they would accept liability at this location. With AJ doing the work and Tommy working on another work which the main person like Tom should able to work on the cars if he knows what he is doing.

Im 55 years old and an ex mechanic. I went in for rear shock absorber replacement. In the time it took to walk across the street to the store and back my Chevy HHR was on a lift, rear shocks removed and new ones installed. 10 mins tops. Price was incredibly cheap too. West End auto - Thomas is the place to go. I live 36 miles away and still make the trip. Best kept secret in Buffalo. 10 stars.
