Had my phone screen fixed yesterday and I'm worried because Tino made me give my unlock code which I felt unsure about at the time. He said it was to do a diagnostic test, but I've since learned that Samsung has a diagnostic mode through calling '*#0*#' - so my PIN was not even needed. Now i'm worried some type of malware, bitcoin miner, or keystroke logger was installed on my phone. I will be taking it to another repair shop to test for this - I also just trust my intuition.. there was a rushed, stressed sort of vibe when I went in. He seemed very adamant on taking my phone to the back room quickly, so much so that he dropped my phone from pretty high up. I will change my review if nothing is found, but I would say not to trust them with your PIN number, especially when it's not necessary - they can do the diagnostics afterwords in front of you if they must, but the whole experience seems a bit sketchy.

Tino and his staff are the best. My go to tech guy. Love the remote PC service also. I can call in and they help fix my computer while I stay wherever I am at.
