I had a fantastic experience working with a Trojan representative, Monique, who was extremely patient, kind, positive, and knowledgeable about the space I needed to purchase for storage. As of now, I would recommend Trojan facilities. But I would definitely recommend working with Monique any day and any time. She was great and the business is lucky to have her.

Best storage unit I’ve ever used! I thought I would only need this unit for a couple of months, well that turned into a year and I was surprised that the monthly rate never increased which is rare for storage companies. Lupe is amazing at her job and anytime I had a question or needed help she worked with me and ensured that everything went smoothly. The facility is super clean and ventilated. Not a speck of dust was on any of our items & it was left in the unit for a year! A true testament to how well run this place is. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing extra space.

Lupe greeted me like we already knew each other, explained everything clearly, and even helped me pick the best unit for what I needed—not just the most expensive one. That kind of honesty is rare. She’s got this super kind energy, always smiling and genuinely wanting to help. Even when I had a million questions and couldn’t decide on a lock, she stayed patient and never rushed me. I felt like I was being helped by a friend, not just an employee doing her job. The red hair makes her easy to spot—so if you go, ask for Lupe. She’s a real one. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-kept, but it’s the customer service that really makes it stand out. Five stars all day. Thank you, Lupe!

Lupe at Trojan Storage of Burbank is FANTASTIC. Her kind and helpful demeanor helped me so much as I was moving last minute in a stressful situation. She totally understood and went above and beyond to help. First, my credit card had been cancelled due to fraud, which caused a hiccup in my on-time payment. She heard me and removed the late fee! I also needed to move out of the unit quickly, and she facilitated that process, and all went smoothly. I’m grateful for people like Lupe, as people like her are what makes our world a beautiful place. Thank you, Lupe! The storage unit itself is totally automated with an app. It’s so easy to use! Easy as pie. And the facility is NICE. So clean and easy to get to the units. Plenty of space. You’re in good hands with Trojan Storage!

Barbara was really great at helping me, everything is done virtually… which is really cool… I was able to be shown where the locker was, what it looked like, and given all the information I needed before I made a decision. Really helped me out and there’s no heavy commitment either which is super nice if you need a storage spot short term

The facility is really convenient, clean, and helpful. Lupe, the manager for both Glendale and Burbank has been super kind over my time storing here. Location has parking and is climate controlled.
