Excellent experience with Ellie and the entire process. She genuinely cares about maintaining the property and you can tell she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. Since I was coming from a really bad experience at Public Storage down the road, it was a relief to find this place. Ellie and the team really went above my expectations and I’m so happy to have switched over. Besides the excellent management, the property is also very clean and new and has great access hours. I wish the price was a little lower, but you get what you pay for

Ellie was the person who helped me. She is very accommodating. I was in line and observed Ellie providing service with a small. She’s been fantastic in every way - not overselling, not rushing clients, and always making you feel important.

Ellie was a great help when wanting to transfer my unit to a larger size. She gave me enough time to move all my belongings and a great rate. Would recommend talking to office about pricing before making quick judgements.

I’ve been at the Burlingame CA Extraspace Storage location for quite a few years now. The customer service is always great, and the building is kept clean. This storage facility is fantastic! I accidentally entered the wrong move-in date on my online application, but the staff quickly corrected it, allowing me to move my belongings in without delay. They also helped me find a smaller, more suitable unit for my storage needs. All around 5+ stars for service and value!

Came in to see about getting a bigger storage unit. Ellie Ramirez at the Burlingame location was awesome. Super helpful and friendly. Look forward to dealing with her when needed.
