Had great service from Roberto Garcia when my Tesla Model Y had the dreaded lower control arm failure issue when I was backing out the driveway. Roberto showed up early, explained the process, and carefully loaded the car up the bed. He was friendly, professional and if I ever need towing again I will know who to call!

I was assisted by Roberto Garcia for a tow of my Tesla Model X, and I was very pleased with the service. My vehicle was not drivable, and Roberto's competence with the flatbed, winch and truck was immediately evident. He clearly understood the unique towing requirements for a Tesla, and he made sure I was well-informed about the loading procedure. Roberto was not only a skilled operator but also maintained a professional yet approachable demeanor, providing helpful information throughout. His dedication to his work stood out. Even better, he safely dropped the vehicle off at the Tesla service center without any issues, even when I wasn't there. It was a smooth and reassuring experience from start to finish.

Very lucky to have Roberto Garcia as the tow operator that arrived to tow my very dead Tesla. He was very knowledgeable about the process of loading the vehicle and walked me thru the process beforehand so I felt comfortable.
