Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Avoid this place if you can. I got 4 new tires installed and immediately after the steering wheel vibrates aggressively above 55mph. I took it back to this shop to fix and they said they couldn't replicate the shaking and that they "checked everything" and it looks good. I then told them you have to drive above 55mph to replicate vibration and the guy just shrugs his shoulders. This shop does not seem to do good work.

Paid for installation and balancing 155$ then made another appt to come back bc balance was off and were told they have an old machine and advised I go elsewhere. You charged me for a service that couldn’t be provided and knowingly sent myself and my family off in an unsafe vehicle. You should be ashamed. Never again.

Had a tire leak while out of town. Had a great experience with this location and technicians. They got me in right away, worked quickly to get me on my way but were thorough in checking the tire. I know my issue was simple, but it was inexpensive and no one tried to upsell something I didn't need (big plus) Finally, one of the guys helping was a Veteran which is ALWAYS a bonus

Appointment was for oil change, rotate tires, check engine code and inspect breaks. I had marked a rim and tire before bringing car in for service. Was told brakes were bad but they do not keep inventory anymore so would have to order parts.. when I inspected car the marked rim and tire where never moved from original spot. How do you check the brakes without taking the tires off. I had been bringing my cars to this facility since 2013. This is the worst service ever. Charging people for work you never did AND making recommendations off of supposed work. Terrible

Had 4 new tires put on and a full synthetic oil change done. I waited and it was a little over an hrs for everything

Bought tires from tire agent and had the choice to pick a shop SN’s pay for mount and balance all in one place. So far so good, I paid the agent my tires got delivered. Then this is where it goes bad they never called to tell me they were there. Then I get there for my appointment and they try to tell me tire agent wouldn’t pay them for the mount and balance which again was already paid for, then I told them I needed the new tires on the front, the old front tires moved to the back and the old back tires thrown away. They put the new ones in the front, then slapped the old front ones on the trunk and called it a day. The back tires were the ironwork so problem not fixed. When we called them they tried saying I only told the manager which isn’t that the managers job to communicate with their staff. Mike was rude and unprofessional and blamed everyone except taking accountability. They tried but giving me proof of what they did to fix it and I demanded in case something is wrong going forward. Horrible experience the DM was here and never came out to speak to me he hid in the back. Horrible customer service horrible staff horrible everything. Had to go back again next day so they could out correct tires in and get rid of the bald ones they left in the back

Took my car to be inspected… wouldn’t pass inspection because they said my back breaks were bad. They are fine, I just had them checked when my studded tires were put on last week. Crooks! So sad! Never going back there again.
