Nice place that has almost everything you need. It would be nice if there were prices on the items, that is my only complaint, not a deal breaker. This is one of these stores where the staff behind the counter are like back in the old days, 90s and 2000s they are knowledgeable and not some inexperienced teenager who knows nothing about cars.

These guys are pros and are certainly the ones to go-to if you need something unique. Thanks to Sam, the extra time it took to get to their location made the trip well worthwhile. He did a perfect match for me on a series of one of a kind bolts with unique thread patterns. This saved me countless hours of searching and having to retool the existing bolts due to a spatial limitation. What a Godsend.

Great Customer service, Sam help me a lot through the whole processing for my car even though it took a while and took his time to get what I needed. He gave me some good tips and suggestions that I didn't know. Highly recommend

Joe and Sam were terrific! I don't know what I don't know about cars and they helped with, filters, spark plugs, everything...and at a FAIR price. Even stayed after closing to get my order processed. Highly recommended!

I bought parts to fix my truck. After replacing the parts my truck still had the same error code so I ‘broke down’ and took it to Toyota. They replaced the electrical connections to the parts I bought, but they continued to get the same error code. They replaced the parts I bought at Napa and now my truck works. I returned the parts to Napa with copies of my receipt from Toyota and gave them the service managers name and number. I was told by the manager that he would have to contact the manufacturer prior to issuing me a refund It’s been over a week and I still have not been contacted or refunded my money. When I called for an update after not hearing from them for a week I was told "The manager is busy. He has your number and is working on it. He will call you."

Well stocked. I see items here that I've not seen in other auto parts store. Just got a warranty replacement of hybrid battery. They were on top of it and coordinated the exchange with the manufacturer. Smooth, friendly transaction.
