I just wanted to thank Gavin at the Canyon Country location for going above and beyond. I had a difficult, heavy order that had gotten bounced around in transit and was hard to find. Gavin stayed persistent, found the order, and expertly loaded it into our truck. Give this man a raise!!

I recently bought some animal feed at Tractor Supply for my farm, and I’m so pleased with both the quality and value. The feed is high-quality, and my animals love it. The customer service was exceptional; the staff was happy to offer suggestions based on my specific needs. Prices are competitive, making this an excellent option for farmers.

This place is very nice. It’s not too busy and I can always get the stuff I need for my 2 chickens and rabbit. Whether it’s food, bedding, or toys, there are lots of different options for a good and reasonable price. The workers are really nice and I can talk to them about my chickens and my rabbit and they always come up with the best products recommended for my animals when I ask about it. My rabbit really likes the chew toys and treats and my chickens love the treats and toys, too. Thank you Tractor Supply Co!

So… I never would’ve ran into this little gem of a place called tractor supply company if it had not been for the fact that I change my cat litter to a really inexpensive method which used pinewood pellets or something that is normally for horses and I could only find it at my local tractor supply company. I didn’t even know they existed And literally down the road from me on top of a little hill surrounded by mountains and literally this city girl had to take a double look and make sure that I was not Finding myself smack in the middle of a new Quentin Tarantino movie or something. These much larger than life-sized roosters were unsettling I’ll be honest but the customer service was genuinely awesome and I was not expecting to have to carry this big bag that was really heavy of equine bedding so the cashier told me to just drive my car right on up and she would look out for me and she would be more than happy to stick it in my trunk for me. Now that’s what I call some real customer service! And those roosters… That is what I call some real, unique product selection! Now the next question is… What do use them for?

This Tractor supply store picked up on the first call, and answered all of my questions. For a much smaller store then lowes, every manager is able to sell me a trailer and is able to help me with my purchase. Angel was the person who helped us get in and out in 30 minutes. Not only did he helped us get our trailer on, he made sure we got all the accessories needed to make the 23 hour trip home. Angel explained everything we need and didn't need. He wasn't a pushy salesmen who tried to get us to buy extra. He was honest, told us what he recommended, listen to what we need and walked us through every step. He eased our minds and helped us tremendously.

At first, I had a wonderful experience. Many of the staff were friendly and helpful. I went back and was helped by a very sarcastic manager named Russell. The issue is that their dog bath does not have a leash long enough to restrain anything less than a 2 foot dog and he didn’t even offer me to buy a leash. He made a snide comment that he was going to go buy a leash for me with a real serious attitude, and didn’t even ask me if I would be willing to buy a leash which maybe I would have. Rude and told me that I’m banned from the store for life

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and easy to find. They stock an excellent selection of pest control products.
