The people at this advanced Auto were fantastic. They were very helpful and very service oriented.
I was just at the store, trying to get a replacement battery for my generator. I dealt with two gentlemen. I showed a picture to the first one and he looked at me as if he was looking at a picture of an alien, the second one hardly took a look at the picture and told me they could not tell what kind of battery I needed by looking at the picture. The picture has all the information on the battery. I went to O’Reilly and showed them the same picture. Less than five minutes later I walked out with the battery replacement. Need to work on your customer service.
