I received excellent customer service at this store. The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly where to look on the computer. He was able to check the air filter in my vehicle, diagnose the reason for my engine light, and reassure me that it was a small fix. I truly appreciate the free service of allowing customers to bring in their vehicle when the engine light comes on to have it checked. It is such a relief to have a well-informed employee who knows his job and is able to help without making you feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. His name is O Pacheco. I have had the pleasure to meet the most professional AutoZone employee ever named Ruben.. not knowing anything about cars, I came in and Ruben was so patient with me explaining demonstrating and allowing me to change my windshield wipers. . I recommend Pacheco at the Skyline location he was very helpful when I was helping my son with a part for his car. We were not sure about installing it so he went outside and installed it for us in minutes and showed my son how to do it for future reference. It was truly appreciated. Thank you!
