Bj’s Wholesale Club 6-11-24 This is a typical Wholesale club warehouse with lots of items for sale. One thing I will mention is the gas they sell is the lowest price in this area. It might be the best reason to join. I don’t believe they offer much more than the rest do. I do know they have rotisserie chicken that smells and looks good. It’s about 5 bucks and that’s a great price. Some of the other items are at good prices but most likely you will be buying a larger quantity. As long as you use it all up it just may be a great deal for you. They also have some oddball items that would be hard to find elsewhere. The have a huge selection! The staff is always friendly and happy to help. The gas prices are the lowest in Cape Coral. Free air for your tires too. You have to grab a cart in the parking lot before you walk in the store. It’s always a very clean, pleasant experience.

I signed up for BJs today! Went to the front desk. Lauren guided me to the best deal and showed me how to use my app on my phone. She was honestly so great I came on here and left a review.

Jane at BJ’s Optical (Pine Island Road in Cape Coral) is absolutely amazing! She helped my husband and I find the perfect prescription eye glasses and prescription sunglasses. I also bought contacts. Their prices are great and Jane explained things in detail which I truly appreciate. She answered any questions we had, she is very knowledgeable. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. Thank you to Jane for all of her help! ⭐️

It took us longer to check out than it did to shop !!!! your "new system" that I need MY POINTS approved by a manager is absolutely asinine! Why would you implement this procedure and only have one manager on?? We were in the further line closer to the doors and the manager that was trying to run around to fix all the blinking registers and never noticed us!! We ended up leaving without using our $$ rewards . How convenient for you. I will be back to use at my rewards and that will be the last time you will be seeing us!! There is too many other local wholesale stores to use that are more organized! Fix this system!That poor girl apologized profusely that was ringing us out. She also had to stand there and wait while we got ignored. I felt bad for her and she felt bad for us.

Great prices on everything from produce to bed mattress. Coupons and discounts all the time. Discounted gas at their gas station and an adjacent tire store. It’s well worth the membership if you shop there every month and if you have a family to shop for. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Your deli workers are the backbone of that department and, in my opinion, a driving force behind why many BJ’s members remain loyal to your location. The utter lack of support and protection from store management is a complete failure of leadership and a liability. These are human beings valuable employees and they deserve more than to be ignored, especially when under attack by aggressive customers. You need to do better. Your staff deserves better. Five stars to the deli and checkout department but a big zero for management.
