So where do I begin this is twice now I have tried to come to this location to get help with my phone. So awhile back I bought a new phone and they sent me a text saying I could get an upgrade well my original phone was a Samsung 24 but I also have an old phone that's the A03 and I was having issues with the 24 not charging so verses spending money because money was tight because I just had moved here. She proceeds to tell me i can upgrade to samsung 16 thats not an upgrade so I went back to my A03 and it works fine but just doesn't have enough storage so come to find out there is nothing wrong with my 24 it was the cord so unfortunately the lady wouldn't help me switch my phones back then so I went to another boost and they did Well I came back here again to have her switch my phones back to the 24 and she is telling me I CANT because of the Sim card and the Sim card that's in my A03 is the Sim card from my 24 so now I have to go another 20mins out of my way to get help again NEVER EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. She is worthless.
The older lady at the store does not know anything. Could not explain the process. They should hire someone who is actually good with technology. Called the main boost number phone line and they gave me the answer that i needed. I will be going to another boost mobile place. This place have incompetent employee.
I went in just for a little help and getting rid of popups on my phone. The young lady was very helpful. The pop ups are gone and i'm happy as can be...
They don’t help at all, they have fake reviews, I’ve went in there and sent another person in as a test. The lady doesn’t know anything, IM A EMPLOYEE OF THE SAME COMPANY and all she did was lie and refuse to help, even The Boost DEALER kept apologizing for the employee not helping and lying. Dissapponting
These people are absolutely no help they should be closed down if they aren’t willing to help customers

They never have any new phones. Always end up having to go to Pine Island which is inconvenient because Del Prado is where I live.
