Diplomat RV & Boat Storage

I’ve had an amazing experience with this storage facility. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff is incredibly helpful and professional - they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. Whether you are storing things short-term or long-term, this is your place! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

I am very impressed with this Storage facility. Extremely clean with ample space between spaces. The staff is friendly and more than happy to help. There is even a large covered bay to wash your RV & boat. Would highly recommend this facility!

The manager was a real bully !!! I would like to share my experience with everyone on a recent encounter and became the worst experiences i have ever had. Had a discrepancy in how another vehicle was so closley parked. This was our third complaint. As we disagreed on spacing and was evident he was not going to do anything. I showed my disgust by not backing down and continued to argue my point. He then proceeded to state that it was evident that there was no pleasing me and proceeded to state to me that he was terminating my monthly lease. All this because of an ongoing complaint.

We were bullied badly !!! I would like to share and alert everyone with our recent and the worst experiences with Diplomat (RV Storage, Boat Storage) in our 30 years of camping history. We were charged for 35 days by Diplomat RV Storage, but only allowed to have our RV stay 6 days and kicked out by the bully. It is just because of our complaints of the inconvenience incurred by their reconstruction requiring us to move our Raptor around in their timetable conflicting with our already scheduled events, and short and narrow storage space where we can’t even open the doors (plz see photos below). In face of the owner’s bully and dishonesty, though we had decided just to take all of the shifts and finish the month to save the loss, we were still not allowed to continue the contract and stay for rest of the month. Plz be careful and don’t be the next!!!

I love this facility for all that it offers, the friendliness of the staff, and how easy to use the location is. I have a camper and use the cleaning and dumping that this place offers. Super clean and easy to use.
