Best hardware store in Cape Coral. George helped me with an o- ring today and spent time finding just the right size needed. The whole staff was friendly and professional. This will now be my go to hardware store. Thanks for the amazing service.

Every time I've come in here the folks are always super friendly and really knowledgeable. Such a great hardware store. Today I had a pipe ruptured and the plumber wanted 500 to fix it. I turned off the water and brought in the pieces. A guy with a brilliant beard was able to give me the exact pieces and steps I needed to fix it myself. Saved me literally hundreds of dollars.

I placed an order for the Hillman Plastic Toggle from Family Hardware on Sunday, 12/15/24 and I received (here in California) my order on Wednesday, 12/18/24. Family Hardware sent me a confirmation email early Monday morning and voila, received my order on Wednesday. If you are renovating an RV and need to hang something where there are no studs, these are THE toggles to use on thin RV walls. Great product to use and more importantly great customer service from Family Hardware. Better than the big A…just saying.

I am writing this review because it is well deserved. The staff at this store are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It’s easy to overlook this gem since it’s off the main drag, but it’s a pleasure doing business with a family-owned and operated hardware store. Their selection and prices are comparable to nearby competitors. This store has become my go-to hardware place in Cape Coral, Florida.

My experience with Family Hardware was over the top. I received my original case of deck sealer badly damaged by the shipper on a Tuesday and Family Hardware found a way to get me another case at my door Thursday afternoon!! I really appreciated the xtra effort especially something that was not their fault.

Amazing experience! We ordered some insulation online from them, we are located in Houston, and literally we placed the order online one night and by the following day by 1pm we received our order by our front door, super fast shipping and an amazing customer service , super highly recommend, we will buy from them again! 5 stars!

I can only say Thank You to Jeremy for his help with my endless questions. This family owned business is the real deal. I cannot believe that I could buy a Challenger Torch 76 and a Prestige grill online and receive such quality customer service.
