Store was improperly organized and severely understaffed. no open registers only self-checkouts. Once again forcing me to abandon my purchases to buy them on Amazon because if I'm going to need to talk to a machine to get the materials I need I would rather get them delivered to my door and pay less for them versus having to wrangle getting them checked out loaded in my car with a special needs child. While I understand that self-checkouts are convenience for a lot of people, but for me all they are is a sign of a dying business. One of the few advantages, brick and mortar have over online is the customer service and being able to physically examine the goods before you purchased them. physically examine the goods before you purchased them. I am severely disappointed in this chain. Oh one more thing. it's still September. The Christmas stuff already?

They have a decent selection of most household items. I bought several cleaning items from here because of their prices. The staff was very friendly and especially helpful when it came to helping me locate a couple of my more obscure items, like Barkeeper's powder and shelving pins.

I returned something to this location and the customer service associate treated me like a common theif. She is very rude and while she's insulting you she tells you about how everyone from her hometown of Boston would never bring something back. Lowe's has an issue at these stores on stapling products back together to make them look like they weren't preused and then sell them for more money. This is the second time that I bought something from a low store in two weeks and it was missing parts. But the real problem is, when you return There subpar merchandise The customer service representative makes you feel and treats you like the common thief.

This used to be a great store. I have spent thousands here since our home is nearby. The last couple times I have come here there are only self-checkout lanes available. So I leave my cart full of stuff and go to Home Depot. Yes we do hear your employees complain about their hours being cut. Put them on checkouts. I am not doing your job for you so either give me a minimum of an additional 20% discount for my total ticket or put me on the payroll. Quit being cheap and pathetic because I will continue to leave carts full of merchandise at the registers as I go elsewhere to make my purchase. Take care of your employees and your customers will continue to come in and take care of you. In the meantime you're losing my business and I'm sure a few others.

Having lived in many states during my working career I have shopped at many Lowe's locations. But the store on Pine Island Road has the absolutely most friendly and helpful team members that I have ever experienced at any location. You don't even have to ask for help before as associate is asking you what they can do to help. The manager should be commended for hiring such helpful and friendly associates. Keep up the good work!

Great place for all your home repairs need service is great. Very welcoming place. I could find everything I was looking for in a great price.
