I deal with Bill frequently and he is usually one of the more patient and polite of parts store clerks I've dealt with personally. I can't speak for the rest of the guys but everyone there from my experience is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My experiences have always been pleasant.

I’ve been trying to stop here to get my parts that I ordered online for days now. I work until 6 throughout the weekdays, their hours say SEVEN right? I get here just a couple minutes after 6 and they’re closed. It’s Saturday now, i’m here at 3. THEYRE CLOSED AGAIN. Their hours online and on the door say 4. Just like they say 7 through the week. If they’re closing early they need to update their hours. I was getting my car worked on this weekend and now obviously can’t since they’re closed on Sunday too.

Always have what I need..and the product is defective. No question asked will resolve the problem without any problem. I build a lot of antique cars and trucks and this store is my main store. Thanks Guys for your help. Ron. A happy Customer.

Today bought 2 Tie Rod ends they are supposed to be better quality $73 each, got 2 same boxes... installed side went to put another and it was completely different part, comparing it to a cheap one that cost $33 it looks exactly the same... I guess they only had 1 of better ones so they decided to put the cheap part in same box and sell it for the same price $73.

You know, I don't mind catcalls and whistles when I am running, and I run past this store A LOT and have never had a problem....but today (7/22) between 8:45 and 9:45am, a man driving a NAPA van was turning left from Main Street into the NAPA parking lot and told me to "move" and "hurry up" to cross the parking lot. I don't care if he thought he was joking, it was inexcusable behavior. Not to brag or anything, because I didn't look to see who I was dealing with...but I can probably maintain a faster pace over 10 miles than he can over 100 yards. But I'm not going to "hurry up" or "move" for anyone that behaves like that.

An Auto parts store on par with other franchise stores. Employees are extremely knowledgeable. What sets this Auto Parts Store above others in the area is a top machine shop. NAPA prices are higher, but again, the Quality and Service offsets this.
