The General Manager, Ian, is the best! Ian is very friendly, cordial, professional, patiently responds to questions, and keeps the facility well taken care of. Very good pricing compared to other businesses with the same sized unit. We are members of the same church and he operates his business in a very ethical manner. Thank you Ian! This is our second time renting from this facility. This unit was so clean when I got it today. There are lights inside and easy access. We are very pleased. We had a great experience at CubeSmart! Ian was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and time that we were using a storage unit. He helped us make sure our stuff didn’t get wet during all of the storms we have been having this past month and recommended using crates/2x4s to get stuff off the ground enough in case of flooding! Highly recommend this place for storage!
