I went to a competitor that was closer in proximity to my work & they told me it would take AT LEAST 45 mins to replace my battery & they didn’t have staffing available to do so plus it’s recommended that the dealership or a professional installs. I called the Autozone in Cary & they were so polite, checked the system to see if they had my battery, confirmed they could install it so I headed there. They had less staff on the floor than the previous store & had no problem installing the battery. I was in & out in less than 20 minutes, Jarvis was great! I should have gone to Auto Zone in the first place, they were amazing; from the phone ahead to install.

Absolutely amazing! Fantastic, quality, professional service and dedicated to customer care! I had a faulty battery and didn't realize until too late. Johnny & Eric came to my rescue, even right before close. I can't thank them both enough for all their dedicated, quick, kindness, and superior help! Thank you, Johnny and Eric, I'm forever grateful! Highly recommend this Autozone!

I had the best experience at the store located in Crossroad Cary! Abby P. was amazing in providing customer satisfaction. She helped me solve my car issues and took care of everything I needed today. I purchased a car battery, and she kindly assisted me with changing it—she did a fantastic job! After that, she checked the oil and noticed that I needed a refill; she happily helped me find the oil I needed for my car, as well as antifreeze & coolant. I feel so lucky and blessed to have found her at the store. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and a truly nice person! Kind, and a truly nice person! If you go to the store at that location make sure you look for her! Im very satisfied with the service and everything!!!! Way to go Abby !

Check engine light came on - and Eric in the store was awesome. I give him five stars. He was great explaining things to me and highly recommend this location!

Shoutout to Caleb for fearlessly replacing the battery in my ancient, barely-holding-it-together car. Despite my horrible car parent-ship, Caleb didn’t flinch. He popped the hood, swapped the battery AND the terminal- which due to my neglect disintegrated in front of our eyes. He didn’t judge me once for driving what is basically a rolling metal dinosaur. Total legend.the rest of the team was also super nice and tried to make me feel better about letting my car go down like the Titanic. If your car is a mess and your battery is on life support, go see Caleb. Dude deserves a cape.

Shout out to NICK on 07/15/25. I pulled in 8min until close, with a flat tire. HE had no hesitation to help someone in need. Nick offered to fill up my tire with air, and was able to diagnose the problem. "Dry rot and a bubble had formed". He even offered to help me change my tire to my spare (donut) after clocking out from his shift. He showed so much compassion, empathy and education. I’m so grateful God lead me here. 10/10 stars! Never stop being you!

Waited 20 minutes before I decided to walk out. Not a single employee inside of the store to help out. The only employee that was there was a man changing a woman’s battery outside of the store. What shop only has one employee? And that One employee was outside for so long changing a battery instead of helping the four people who are inside waiting for someone to help them out. What a waste of my time. Went to the advanced auto parts instead and they helped me out wonderfully.
