Excellent storage facility. Very clean. Incredibly helpful staff. Chad is an absolute delight of a human. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing storage in the area. We have had it for about 2 years and have never been unsatisfied!

Chad instantly greeted us with a smile upon our entry and immediately offered to assist us. He listened intently to our storage needs and showed the various unit sizes from the convenient showcase exhibit models off the lobby. Chad was extremely patient to show us the various sizes with full explanations ie pricing, floor locations, stacking ideas, While completing our intake information, Chad pleasantly discussed the regulations and policies. Finally, after posting return sign, he escorted us to see the unit and demonstrated how to use the key/lock. Moving is a stressful process but Chad’s exemplary customer service removed much of our worries and provided a moment of confidence in our planning.

Bee Safe Storage truly stands out! Their customer service is fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always professional. The facility itself feels more like a luxury space than a typical storage unit. The design is modern, clean, and well thought out. It’s clear they care about both security and style. Highly recommend!

Came in and the man in the front Timothy smelled of marijuana. Don’t you all have a drug free policy. He needs to be drug tested. I will not come to this place again if you have employers there that lacks customer service by looking high. He should be fired

There's something special about this place & a positive energy emanates from the building itself! The facility is immaculate, everything's shiny & clean (the floors, bathrooms, office, etc.) The best part are the guys that run things, they're too kind & have helped me resolved a variety of issues during the move. The climate control is great for my musical instruments, which are my most prized possessions. Just an over-all safe location & gives me peace of mind knowing my *precious worldly possessions* are well kept. Would give 6 or more stars!

Do NOT rent space from these crooks! They have raised my rent at least 3 times in the last 2 years. My monthly rate is now $125 more than when I first started renting with them. They also openly told me that if I was to start a new contact today, my monthly rent would be $54 less than what I am currently paying. The lack of ethics and integrity is astounding. When I discussed the matter with the store manager, they basically told me they couldn't do anything and as courtesy they reached out to the district manager. So the customer service leaves something to be desired as well.

Harris is a wonderful ambassador for Bee Safe Storage. He was so helpful and understanding.of our needs. Being seniors (86 & 95 1/2), we wanted the best deal available.
