BJ's Wholesale Club

I have been a BJs member for more than couple of years. The experience has been good so far in store and at the gas stations. Never had to face the rush, the staff is helpful. The only complaint i have is about the air station. Out of all my visits - close to 50, only once i found the air station functioning. Would appreciate if you could fix this air so that we can make most of our trip to gas stations.

We have restarted membership in this business for several reasons but the biggest is the shopping experience. The customers are so much nicer to be around and it is not crowded with multiple families buying in one card. Better parking and although not as big as some big box store they have a wide variety of selections.

I have been a customer for several years with an overall positive experience until recently. I typically rely upon the delivery service, which is handled via a third party, has been hit and miss - missing, incorrect or inferior quality items. When working with BJs Cary to correct the situation the customer service experience has been lacking. I will not return to this location and may consider the other warehouse options that are closer to me.

I went to BJs to get a membership and explicitly said I did not want a credit card. Despite this, staff continued to push the credit card and began signing me up without my consent. I only noticed when they asked for my Social Security number. This felt invasive and dishonest. I left without completing the application and will not be returning. Staff should respect customer preferences and clearly obtain consent before starting any credit application.

Very clean and everything organized. I found everything with no problem. This is a really nice and clean supermarket. I loved it. I’ll continue going here as much as I can. Really fast service. Parking is good. Carts are good.

The thing I'm like most about b j's is the straightforward shopping experience. No distractions, just products. There is never a long line to exit.

This BJ's is a mess. Items are not stocked, items facing the aisle are ripped and crushed, items are missing price signs or are nowhere near their price signs. The prices themselves are rarely deals, with cheaper prices at non-warehouse stores or Amazon for the same exact SKUs. I don't know why anyone shops here.
